housemanship at hospital kulim..!

hospital kulim is a district hospital yet can do housemanship training there..there is this one doctor asking me during my first day whether i am going to pay my service here or not..kita tunggu dan lihat je lah..




today i followed my supervisor doing scope..i managed to see one case only since i missed the first one..i was late at that time since i followed medical officer (MO) doing ward round..




today i corrected one doctor writing progress note of this one patient..the lesion on the left but he wrote right..he said, "thanks man kalau tak aku kena marah"..kiri dan kanan itu penting..




today also i saw this one MO elicit babinski sign using car key..teringat kat sorang endocrinologist tersohor negara yang ingatkan student-student dia supaya guna orange stick..kalau datuk tu nampak memang kena marah la MO tu..

medical student di hospital kulim..!

assalamualaikum dan hai.. lama sudah tidak menulis di sini..sibuk dengan elective posting la sangat kan..apa-apa pun..alhamdulillah elective posting selama 6 minggu di hospital kulim sudah pun tamat.. sepanjang 6 minggu, aku attach kat wad 3, wad 8, klinik pakar 2, klinik pakar 3, jabatan kecemasan dan juga jabatan forensik..banyak sebenarnya pengalaman baru yang aku belajar kat sini.. menjadi satu-satunya pelajar perubatan yang buat elektive kat situ, aku dilayan dengan sangat baik..sampai aku rasa macam ya-allah-awat-depa-ni-baik-sangat..semasa di jabatan kecemasan, aku ada kawan dari universiti lain..at least tak lah sorang-sorang..cuma aku sudah tidak menjadi anak emas..haha.. supervisor aku sangat-sangat best..kedua-duanya adalah ketua jabatan..semasa di jabatan perubatan, supervisor aku seorang yang strict juga dengan staff dia..tapi dengan medical student dia okay..semasa di jabatan kecemasan pulak, supervisor aku sangat lawak orangnya..tak ke
